It takes some experience, and perhaps a little talent, to recreate the scent of flowers in spring or to integrate the unique scent of lavender in July, in an eau de toilette or in a scented candle. Even in our workshops, the hand of women and men magnifies the scents of nature: the assembly of cases, finishing, dressing glasses, filling bouquets, tying ribbons and cords... and even the pouring of candles are so many steps carried out by hand by each of our employees in our workshops in Mane, in Haute-Provence, on the side of the Collines.

Not long ago, natural perfumery became a trend... so Collines de Provence, for more than forty years, has been a pioneer. Yet it is only a return to the roots when we realize that Haute-Provence is a natural conservatory of plants with perfumes and ancient traditions. At Collines de Provence, the natural ingredient stands out. You recognize it at first glance as a signature. But the play is more subtle. The olfactory experience goes far beyond: we rediscover it, we grasp its depth. And they reveal themselves: orange blossom, black fruit, ebony wood, bergamot, white cotton... you had never smelled them. You recognized them without knowing them. They are now sublimated! Our Grasse noses, which are exceptional perfumers, also know how to marry vanilla with grapefruit, rose with hibiscus, amber with heliotrope or tangerine with yuzu. One of our secrets lies in a trick of the hand
The secret recipe. The manufacturing secret. These are also two authentic traditions that Collines de Provence jealously guards. We must recognize that there is often a charm in the mystery... and that we want to keep some magic! Thus, all our comic formulas are absolutely exclusive... and not replicable. Our formulation laboratory is a real little safe!
Of course, the same goes for our workshop for manufacturing scent products. It looks so simple: all our diffusion modes are perfectly adapted to the fragrance. This is how all our handmade candles are poured one by one manually while the finishing and decoration are also done by hand in our workshops... One of our secrets lies in a trick of the hand.
If Collines de Provence is also renowned for the impeccable quality of its candles, it is because we have developed a specific formula, which remains perfectly secret, and chose a cotton wick - without any metal- suitable for each perfume to promote the diffusion of all the facets of our fragrances.
