Our perfumes are developed by our Grasse-based perfumers, experts in perfumery.

Complaints & Refunds
If you wish to return one or more items, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return them. This right of withdrawal applies only to your purchases made on the website (https://www.collinesdeprovence.com/) and not in physical points of sale.
To make a return, simply send us an email at [email protected]. A return label will be sent to you by email. Return the item in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The return is free, and the return shipping costs are on us.
The product must be returned in its original condition. We will not be responsible for the depreciation of products resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the products.
Refund
The refund is made to the payment method used during the purchase. The refund amount is calculated based on the reason for the withdrawal. Once the refund is processed by our accounting department, it may take up to 10 days to appear in your bank account.
If despite all the care we take in packing and protecting your orders, an item arrives damaged or broken, you have 10 days from the receipt of your package to inform our customer service. Please attach a photo of the damaged/broken item to the following email address: [email protected]

Loyalty Program.
It's simple, just create an account on our website.
For each validated order, loyalty points are automatically credited to your customer space in the “My Rewards” tab. Points accumulate if you do not use them on your next order.

Points can be used at any time without a minimum purchase and are valid for 1 year.
